I waited 4 months for this product and others from Samsung. Samsung has poor customer service and so far I am not impressed with the quality of their products. The hood is very cheaply made. Don't purchase!

Good for the price, but poor quality controls

We purchased this product from Home Depot as part of a bundle deal - stove, hood, fridge, and dishwasher. After waiting 3 months on install day. They said they do not install hoods. After using it for about 3 months, the buttons that control the fan speed stopped working. Cannot believe we had a warranty claim in the first few months.
