Overall great appliance that I am still playing with but I wish it would have 2 more features: 1. easier to understand when to put what clothes to what setting refresh. sanitize dry etc. 2. some weights that pull the clothes down so that they come out not wrinkled

What a disappointment

I had such high hopes for this machine because I hate to iron. I have tried every function even the remote options and not one of the settings removes a single wrinkle. I am so disappointed the clothes look exactly like they went in ive tried different hanging techniques different hanging configurations and the pant crease on the door does not work at all. I wish I could return it but at this point I just have an expensive mirror in my laundry room.

I am so disappointed in this product. I have tried many different things to get the clothes to come out looking better than when they went in but there are still wrinkles in them the majority of the time. I called LG to report this it took me about 2 hours on the phone and a technician was sent out. He came last week and cleared the machine mechanically - he was told to refer me to the manual in which there is a disclaimer that the Styler wont take out all wrinkles. While I understand deep seasted wrinkles probably would not come outI expected the small ones would Now I have this huge machine in the room that doesnt have a function. Can I please return it and get my money back?

I am so disappointed in this product. I have tried every option I can think of putting one or two pieces only in different cycles and the clothes come out looking basically the same as when I put them in. Even the smallest wrinkles dont come out. I reported it spent almost 2 hours on the phone trying to do this and a technician came out last week. Installed this unit in August 2023. Unit has the ability to have the door open either direction. Unfortunately in switching it to open on the left there is no kickplate available so the bottom of the unit looks unfinished. Spent hours on phone with LG and their parts company with no resolution Unit does not remove wrinkles from pillow cases or other garments as hoped. Now just an overpriced mirror.

Poor technical and customer support

No left kickplate 11/13/2023

Did not take wrinkles our of basic pillow case. While LG says door is reversible however there is no kick plate for left hand opening. Ive spent hours on phone with LG customer and their parts department. LG Styler S5MSB and right hand opening kick plate number is MCR65387515. Need left hand opening kick plate. Looks terrible without kick plate as all the screw heads and metal parts are showing.
