Terrible. Bought it last summer in 2023. Middle of 2024 and it died. Even with the ac is off the fan keeps running and wont turn on. Even worst we live in a building so we have to pay someone to replace a one-year old unit

Very disappointed. It worked for approximately 2 months. Only used maybe 4 times. HD refused even a store credit. LG promised a refund by mail and its been several weeks no check in the mail. Completely dissatisfied at the way consumers are treated these days.

Bought one at a Home Depot. Installed in a window as per instructions. Seemed to work fine until 4 days later. It would not turn. I followed all instructions. called them for support. Support did the same and determined it was broken. Their responses were weird. I could get a refund but be left with a broken A/C unit. or I could have Home Depot give me a new one and ask them to install it? What? So I just uninstalled it took it back got anew one and put it in. Not happy with the inconvenience. Ive come to like LG appliances. So far the unit has worked but I have only used it a couple of times. Im hoping this is a one off circumstance.
