LT1000P Water Filter Did Not Fit

I had a friend replace my old water filter with the new one I ordered for my LG refrigerator. Although it was the one that the LG people said was for my refrigerator it did NOT fit. The old one had a notch cut in it that the new one did not have.

Love the water/ice dispenser

I bought an LG French door refrigerator in September 2023. It has worked fine and I really like the water/ice dispenser since I have never had one before. The one negative thing is that the technicians left the doors uneven and when I asked them about it they said they dont fix that. I tried without success to contact company I bought it from but never got anywhere. I have just decided to live with the uneven doors. :

We have had our LG side by side about 2 years and it is the best we have ever had at 68 years old. It keeps perfect temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer and it is solid. This is the first refrigerator we have not had issues with the ice maker and this side by side has an ice maker and a craft ice maker - heaven.

Filter is great. Tried an off-brand filter that did not perform as well or last as long. The OEM filter was faster lasted longer and worked well.. The filter pays for itself. Read the fine print on the coupons. You must order separately to receive the free shipping promotion. Combining items voids the free shipping. Order separately to take advantage of the free shipping.
