I have the frigidiare gallery model GRSS2652AD4. this is the hardest i have ever had to work at putting a frig back together after deep cleaning it and taking out all the drawers and shelves. it's been two days and i still can't find a video on how to get them back in. This is an excellent appliance. It is well designed and sturdy. Simple ice/water layout with a great ice replacement rate. Really like the air/water filter design and action, including a secondary air filter in the crisper. Shelves are tight and adjustable. Temperature controls are reliable and accurate to a couple of degrees.

I decided to get a side-by-side with just water and ice on the door. I decided to go back to a Frigidaire. I love this refrigerator. The body is small but the inside storage area is bigger. This unit replaces an older Frigidaire. There are some great features to this refrigerator. Somehow there is more interior space that my previous Frigidaire that was the same exterior size. Frustration is that there is no usable owner™€™s manual. I have to search YouTube and Reddit to figure out how to use the control panel and other features. This is inexcusable. There should be an owner™€™s manual!

I have called twice a week for a month to customer service on manufacturer defect that tech support said was unrepairable and got no where. No more Frigidaire, my fridge has manufacturer defect on second day of being installed. Technician said cannot be repaired, replacement only. Frigidaire now want respond to calls for a replacement. They Just keep kicking the can down the road, One month, nothing. Have called this number 1 800 3744432 til i'm blue in the face and get we are sorry for an answer.

Overall we rate this fridge very highly. We like the space saver icemaker and good interior lighting. The shelves are well spaced and the setback of one is useful. However, in one respect the fridge falls short: the door shelves are too narrow restricting what can be placed in them - the very narrow shelf at the bottom of the fridge door is almost useless: it's the obvious place for wine bottles but too narrow. In addition there could be more notches in the doors to give greater flexibility in selecting the position (height) of the door shelves. The small added depth of the main shelves is no compensation for the undersized door shelves.

The Frigidaire- Gallery fridge is amazing. It has so much room and so many shelves and drawers. The only odd thing about it is that it I have two door shelves that do not seem to fit anywhere. They seem to be a little smaller in length than the door and so will not fit in any of the slots. They look like they should belong due to the design matching the other door shelves, but they do not seem to have a place in the fridge. It would be nice to have them fit as I only have 2 door shelves currently, but until I can figure out my shelf problem, I don't think that will be the case

We bought this refrigerator following a TERRIBLE experience with a Samsung fridge over the past several years. We definitely wanted a water/ice dispenser on the outside of the door, so that's a plus. Inside, shelving is designed to hold various items needed. However, the two, blue gaskets on two of the drawers in the refrigerated section constantly fall off when those drawers are opened. I am seeking assistance from Frigidaire with this issue, as it's quite annoying to have that happen so often. In sum, this fridge was our preference for features and price. While we would've loved to get a French Door fridge, price and reliability were desired first and foremost due to the way we became "food challenged" due to the inconsistent performance of our previous Samsung fridge.

Beautiful appliance that adds quality and a pleasant visual affect for our kitchen along with great functionality. With a galley style kitchen, the counter depth option is perfect and the ™€œno finger print™€ finish makes it easy to keep it looking great. After 15 years, this replaced our original Frigidaire frig and the upgrades are great, especially the LED lighting which brightens up the inside and makes finding things so much easier. Ice maker seems to function much better than our old one and of course the electronics are much better and easier to use. REALLY glad we bought this newer version of our old friend so continue to highly recommend Frigidaire for your appliance needs!

Cheaply built product, sleezy company

I usually don't write review, but am so disappointed by both this refrigerator and the company that I felt it was normally incumbent upon me to share my experience. The appliance itself functions fine when it does function, but the layout of the interior is so poor that not only does it always feel cramped but the user must always maintain a great deal of dead space so that air can circulate properly. The chip in the water/ice dispenser tends to malfunction, which is an expensive fix. The build quality is also amazingly bad---after about two years the plastic drawer hardware started to break for multiple drawers. Lo and behold, replacement drawer/shelf pieces are not covered by the extended parts warranty, which covers only "functional parts," by which Frigidaire refers only to electrical components (how foolish of me to think that the ability of a drawer to open and close would also be considered a "function"). The price quoted for me to replace the broken shelf/drawer units was around $100 each. Anyway, just felt like my experience would be useful for anybody thinking about purchasing this (or any other product) from Frigidaire.

The "manual" that comes with it doesn't do that, but has 2 pages on how to remove the doors. We don't need to take off doors, we need to know how to operate the fridge

The unit failed only a few months old. On the 2nd repair attempt and have been without a fridge for over a month. When I called customer service I was told there was no compensation for all the spoiled food that I lost unless it was under an extended warranty. Very disappointing especially since I bought a 2nd Frigidaire for my 2nd house. Very unlikely I will ever purchase from this brand again.

We love our new frigidaire refrigerator. The newly designed inside lighting system makes items easy to find, and makes the fridge seem more spacious. It's quieter than our previous Gallery, too.

Great refrigerator

So far, so good! The water and ice maker are working and I am happy to have that feature. I wish it had a wine bottle holder in the door but otherwise it™€™s a great unit.
